FAQs
How does my diet impact my performance? Your brain and body rely on quality fuel. The right foods boost focus, energy, and resilience—while poor nutrition leads to crashes, sluggish thinking, and burnout. If you’re relying on caffeine, convenience food, or skipping meals, you’re not operating at your best. Optimising your nutrition is one of the easiest ways to gain an edge in your career, health, and daily life.
What is a Registered Nutritionist? A Registered Nutritionist is a trained expert in food and health. They will have received degree-level training and be registered with the Association for Nutrition - holding them to high standards of practice. Evidence-based nutritionist focuses on practical, no-nonsense strategies—so you can eat well without stress, confusion, or rigid diets. It’s about making nutrition work for you, not the other way around.
Which is more important, exercise or nutrition? Both matter - neither works in isolation. Nutrition and movement work synergistically to keep your body and brain functioning effectively. I take a holistic approach—focusing on nutrition sleep, movement, stress, and habit formation. Combinations of small, sustainable improvements across these areas have the biggest impact on long-term health.
Why focus on men’s nutrition? There is a lack of evidence-based nutrition support that resonates with men. Nutrition is a powerful tool—not just for fitness, but for longevity, confidence, and preventing disease. However, many men overlook nutrition until it negatively impacts their energy, weight, or health. With many lifestyle-related diseases like CVD disproportionately effecting men, there is a need for impactful, trust-worthy information designed to resonate. This is why my work focuses on helping men make smarter lifestyle choices with ease - because small shifts lead to big wins.
Do I only work with men? I’ve helped hundreds of women transform their health. If you're looking for straightforward, results-driven nutrition support, regardless of gender, I’m here to help. That being said, with around 90% nutrition professionals being women - many of whom specialise in women’s health - there is an opportunity of evidence-based health & nutrition guidance specifically designed for men, so that’s my mission.
